Information we collect
We collect names, RSVP choices, meal preferences, dietary needs, optional activity interest, and notes you send us. If you choose optional text updates, we also record the mobile number you enter, your consent choice, the time of your submission, and the notice version.
How we use it
We use this information to organize the wedding weekend, plan meals and activities, share wedding details, and answer questions. We do not sell your information.
Text updates
Text updates require a separate, optional checkbox. Selecting Yes for an event does not give SMS consent. You can RSVP and attend without text updates. Messages come from Natalie & Michael and relate to the wedding. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing
We share relevant wedding information with our planning team, venues, caterers, and service providers as needed to operate the celebration. Providers may process contact information to deliver requested wedding messages. This operational sharing does not permit sharing mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
